An ancient network watches the Zerith Sector — and it doesn't reward what you do. It rewards how. Levels are trust. Titles are memory. And bonds are the only currency it truly counts.

The Bond Readout
Asterials are people — the System refuses to stat-sheet them. The only numbers it shows are about the relationship: how deep the bond runs, how long the pair can fight as one, and what she can feel from her partner's side of the thread. Reading is the only interface.
The Bond Ladder
Bonds deepen through witnessed conduct — shared danger, honesty, time. Each tier opens a new depth of communication. Grinding doesn't work. Meaning does.
Convergent Combat
Pairs fight as one instrument: the human reads the fight's geometry, the Asterial writes it, and both strike. Holding full sync drains a shared budget — spend it on a finisher, or bank it for the enemy's second phase. Desync mid-fight, and you're suddenly alone in your own head with the lance already in the air.
